Grad Rehearsal

There is an extended Trail Time Homeroom on Monday May 11 from 2:00-3:30 PM.

Graduates will meet their Trail Time teacher in their regular location and then go to the gym as a group for the grad rehearsal.

Attendance at the grad rehearsal is MANDATORY!

Grad gowns and ceremony tickets will be distributed by your Trail Time teacher

Requested number of ceremony tickets have been approved up to a total of 8 Unclaimed ceremony tickets from the May 11 graduation rehearsal MUST be picked up from the NTHS main office by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12. Tickets can be collected by the graduate or a parent/guardian, and a valid ID matching the information in PowerSchool is required.


North Trail Graduation consists of two events:

  1. Morning Graduation Ceremony, AKA “walk-the-stage", includes all eligible graduates
  2. Evening Graduation Banquet, a semi-formal event, includes eligible graduates and guests who have purchased tickets


Graduation Ceremony & Ticket Information

Morning Graduation Ceremony

  • Location: BMO Centre Hall B/C
  • Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2026
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (sharp)
  • Student Arrival Time at Hall B/C Staging Area: 8:00 AM
    • Students must arrive on site prior to 8:00 AM to allow sufficient time for parking, walking to the venue, and check-in at the Hall B/C Staging Area. Late arrivals may miss important instructions, lineup procedures, or the processional itself.
    • DOORS WILL CLOSE AT 8:30 AM

Ceremony Fee

  • $75 graduation ceremony fee per graduate (not per ticket).
  • Includes cap, gown, tassel, stole, graduation folio, and ceremony participation.
  • Payment must be completed through online MyCBE parent account.
  • Each graduate is initially permitted four (4) guest tickets, in addition to the graduate.
  • Graduate does NOT need a ticket for the morning Grad Ceremony.
  • Due to venue capacity constraints, seating is limited.
  • Additional tickets may be released at a later date if space allows.
  • Tickets were requested through Trail Time Homeroom in early February – please confirm the number requested with your graduate!
  • Extra ticket requests may be granted closer to graduation depending on availability. Update – No additional tickets available.
  • Paper ceremony tickets will be distributed to graduates in advance via their Trail Time Homeroom teacher.


Grad Banquet Information (Optional but Highly Encouraged!)

The NTHS Grad Banquet is an unforgettable evening where graduates come together to celebrate with friends, classmates, family, and staff. It is a true highlight of the graduation experience.

  • 7:30 - 8:00 - Second portion of speeches during dessert
  • 8:00 - 11:30 - Dance!

Evening Grad Banquet Ticket Sales

  • Regular pricing: $130 per ticket begins on March 2
  • Ticket sales End - March 31st at 11:59 pm - now passed
  • Additional tickets will be released at the regular price at a later date if space allows
  • Payment must be completed through online parent MyCBE account; (go to Fees, then Graduation to purchase)​
  • Ticket Sales End – March 31st at 11:59pm
  • Preference of ONE other graduate to sit with will be requested at purchase.
  • Seating will be determined and communicated at a later date (once banquet sales are closed)

“Walk-the-Stage” Graduation Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the graduation ceremony, students must meet the following criteria:


“Walk-the-Stage” Requirements for the High School Diploma

  • Student is in Good Standing
  • Minimum 75 credits by February
  • On track to earn 95 credits by the end of June
  • Registered in Summer School if required to complete diploma credentials
  • All fees paid for Grades 10, 11, and 12
  • The deadline to pay all student fees, including $75 graduation ceremony fee was April 1 and is now passed.


“Walk-the-Stage” Requirements for the K&E Certificate of High School Achievement

  • Student is in Good Standing
  • Minimum 55 credits by February
  • On track to earn 75 credits by the end of June
  • Registered in Summer School if required to complete certificate credentials
  • All fees paid for Grades 10, 11, and 12
  • The deadline to pay all student fees, including $75 graduation ceremony fee was April 1 and is now passed.
