As we come to the close of our first school year, we would like to remind families of the following information:
School Fees
Please ensure that any outstanding school fees are paid by logging into PowerSchool or by contacting Ms. Gillette in the Business Office.
Textbooks / Library Books
Please return all library and textbooks to your teacher, the learning commons or front office by Friday June 21, 2024.
Locker Cleanup
Students are requested to clean out their lockers by Friday, June 14, 2024 at 12:45pm. Items left in lockers will be bagged and labeled with the respective locker number. These items must be collected by June 27, 2024. Any unclaimed items will be donated during July, 2024.
Lost & Found
Are you missing a cell phone, earbuds, house keys, jackets, clothing or water bottles. We have a large number of items in the Lost & Found and at the front office that have not been picked up. Please check the Lost & Found or the front office if you are missing an item.
Credit Completion, Final Assessments & Diplomas Exams
Please arrive on time if you have appoints with teachers for course completion, final assessment or diploma exams next week. For diploma exams all students are required by Alberta Education to have picture ID with them upon entering the exam room. Thursday June 27, 2024 will be Appeals day for students in the morning.
Diploma Exam Dates
- Mon. June 17, 2024: Math Diploma Exam
- Thurs. June 20, 2024: Biology Diploma Exam
- Mon. June 24, 2024: Chemistry Diploma Exam
* For students who are writing the diploma exams, please arrive 30 minutes early, as all exams start at 9:00am.
Report Cards
Report Cards will be available to view online at the end of day Wednesday June 26, 2024. You will be able to view your student's marks until July 26. If you do not already have a parent MyCBE account, please create your parent account here.
