Last Chance for Grad Photos – Tuesday, March 17
Grade 12 students who have not yet had their Grade 12 photo taken will have one final opportunity to be included in the grad composite. You will be called down for pictures on Tuesday, March 17 in the office. Please note this is not an opportunity for retakes.
Diploma Courses and Exams from Semester 1
If you took a diploma course during Semester 1 at NTHS where your diploma was cancelled, you now have two options:
- Option 1: Accept the mark for the course as is. No further action required.
- Option 2: Write the diploma exam for that course in June to potentially raise your mark. If you choose this option, you must come to the front office to register with Ms. Green before April 3, 2026. This is a hard deadline – if you do not register, you cannot write the exam at North Trail. You may also want to review course content and consider engaging a tutor to help prepare.

Education Matters – 2025/2026 Award Cycle Now Open
To get started, use the Awards Search function to see which awards you may be eligible for. You can narrow your search to North Trail High School – there are 49 awards to choose from! To apply, set up an account on the Student Award Application Portal. If you already have an account, do not create a new one. Note: do not use your CBE email for this account.
The majority of awards are applied for through the "EducationMatters 2025/2026 General Award Application Form," where you can select the award(s) you wish to apply for and complete eligibility questions. You do not need to find a separate application for each award. A Student Awards walkthrough video is also available to guide you through the steps.
