North Trail High School Updates

Good Afternoon Nighthawk Families,

There has definitely been a buzz in the air as the weather warmed up this week. Some of the excitement is also due to our upcoming graduation celebrations.

Please review the important updates below regarding graduation, student activities, and upcoming events. Please note that the school will be closed on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 due to the graduation ceremony.

Celebrations

Paws for a Cause

On the evening of Thursday, April 30, 2026, our school community came together for a truly special event as students showcased their hand-glazed ceramic mugs at the “Paws for a Cause” Silent Auction.

The creativity, care, and craftsmanship on display were incredible. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised an amazing $1,500 in support of the Calgary Humane Society.

Representatives from the Calgary Humane Society joined us with an information table and described the evening as:

“Such a wholesome evening.”

A huge thank you goes out to:

  • Our Culinary Team and students for creating a fantastic pet-themed menu
  • Student and staff volunteers who helped bring the event to life
  • Everyone who attended and supported the fundraiser

Your support made all the difference.
